Event & Workshop Refund Policy

At J-Wings, we're all about making learning and flying as accessible and enjoyable as possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we've crafted our refund policy to offer you flexibility while ensuring we can keep our workshops top-notch for everyone.

Cancellation by Attendee

  • Time Frame: You can cancel your attendance up to 24 hours before the event starts.
  • Refund Amount: Please understand that most venues where we hold our workshops charge us based on the size of our group. This prevents us from being able to offer a full refund to those who cancel. However, should you need to cancel your attendance, will refund 50% of your attendance fee.
  • How to Cancel: Please send your cancellation request via email to tom@j-wings.co. Include your full name and ticket number in your email.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

Changes or Cancellation by J-Wings

We aim to run all scheduled events. However, in rare cases, an event may need to be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Notification: Should we need to cancel or reschedule, we'll inform you as soon as possible via email.
  • Full Refund: In the event of a cancellation by us, you'll be entitled to a 100% refund.
  • Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, you'll have the option to either attend the rescheduled event or request a full refund.

Non-Attendance

If you're unable to attend the event and haven't canceled within the specified time frame, we're sorry, but we cannot offer a refund. We encourage you to reach out as early as possible if you anticipate not being able to attend.
